What we collect
We collect the information you give us during intake — household details, income, expenses, debt balances, credit snapshot and goals — plus any documents you choose to upload, and standard account information such as your email address.
How it is protected
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest with 256-bit encryption. Documents are stored in a private vault with per-user access rules enforced at the database level; no public links are ever generated. Account numbers and personal identifiers are redacted before any human review.
Who can see it
Only you and the MCIII team members assigned to your file. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with lenders, marketers or data brokers.
Retention and deletion
Uploaded documents are purged 90 days after your blueprint is delivered. You can delete any document instantly from the Upload Center, and you can request full account deletion at any time — we remove your records within 30 days.
Your choices
You may export your blueprint, correct your intake answers, or close your account at any time. To make a request, contact the MCIII team from the email address on your account.
