The service
Uncle Million is a financial recovery education and planning program operated by MCIII. We help you understand your credit, debt, income and expenses, and we build a written plan. We are not a law firm, a lender, a debt settlement company or a credit repair organisation offering guaranteed removals.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to review any dispute before it is sent, and to make your own decisions about your finances. Plans are only as good as the numbers you supply.
Payment and cancellation
Program fees are billed as described at checkout. You may cancel a recurring plan at any time before the next billing date; access continues to the end of the paid period. Completed one-time deliverables, including a delivered blueprint, are non-refundable.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee any specific score change, deletion, settlement, approval or income outcome. Results depend on your circumstances and your own follow-through.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MCIII's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
